Supply Chain Analyst – Hospitality Division (Food (Supply Chain)
The Role
To manage the Stores’ Inventory Process and reporting within the Division. This role will be responsible to coordinate with Finance Teams for inventory and COGS booking in KFR and coordinating with operations teams to provide insights into COGS components, and to resolve deviations from agreed benchmarks.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
- He / She will be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for inventory and COGS benchmarking and monitoring process within the division.
- Manage monthly and weekly inventory and waste reporting and agree corrective action for anomalies with operations teams through monthly and ongoing COGS and inventory reviews.
- Provide guidance to and lead store teams on physical inventory controls, stock count lists and procedures, as well as organizing monthly spot checks to ensure accuracy of stock-take results.
- Ensure weekly and monthly store inventories and food costs are reported correctly to Central Finance and Brand Finance team for booking in KFR.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and errors in inventory and cost by making appropriate adjustments
- Provide management with information regarding sales, cost of sales, cash margin, inventory variances, and impact of cost saving initiatives and menu mix on margins.
- Weekly / Monthly publishing and analyzing store performance in Core Efficiencies, COGS and inventory as agreed in the Budget.
- Monthly publishing and analyzing COGS trend and ingredient purchase price changes effecting food cost.
- Contribute to the annual business planning process by working with Service Managers and Brands to benchmark COGS and its components and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements

Knowledge:
- Should be an expert in MS-Office suite, Power BI or other similar tools and knowledge of products used in Food Division
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing inventory or a similar role with data analytics skills
- Skills:
- Ability to communicate confidently with all levels of business management
- Ability to multi-task multiple projects
- Able to collect and analyze complex data, evaluate information and draw conclusions/make recommendations.
- Good report writing and presentation skills –verbal and written
