 Responsible to Daily Quality Control tasks and assist the Site Quality Manager during
Inspection and test.
 Responsible for the Quality Control over all the production areas.
 In the absence of the Site Quality Manager assume full responsibility for the activity.
 Work with Quality Control Manager and other Department Managers to resolve customer
complaints and / or internal problems.
 Assist in conducting investigation, analysis or research related to production problems.
 Conduct Product Traceability Controls as per the Health and Food Safety Requirements
 Conduct Product Movement Controls (FIFO (First In First Out) / UBD (Use by Date)
 Control the final products ensuring that the product label complies with the regulations in
content and shelf life.
 Control the final products ensuring that the same products have all the same weight and a
single batch has the same shelf life.
 Control the final product ensuring that the Flow of Goods processes are followed from the
Production area to the Storage area.
 Operates with minimal supervision.
