The Role:

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects MUJI’s commitment to simplicity, quality, and thoughtful service. You will work both independently and as part of a team to assist customers, maintain high store standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

You will also ensure that products are displayed and replenished in line with brand guidelines, maintain strong product knowledge, support stock management activities, and create a welcoming and organized shopping environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:

• A passion for customer service and creating meaningful customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• The ability to carry out manual duties, stand for extended periods, and lift light to medium loads.
• Attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and product standards.
• Basic IT and numeracy skills.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not essential.
