Role: Senior Manager – Data Analytics:

Co-ordination: Collaborate internally with Brand Stakeholders to drive Endemic sales. Build strong relationships with key brands and drive the strategy

Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates:   Excellent Communication skills and provide regular updates to the business

Scope of work: Drive the incremental sales for AMC with completely owning the sales strategy and innovation.

Project management: Lead, own and deliver the yearly targets

Use of Technology: Understanding of Advertising Tech, MS Office, Power BI

General Abilities: Leadership experience, Analytical Skills, Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Level of Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Accountabilities:

  • Building Agency Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies to drive collaboration and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Driving Endemic and Non-Endemic Sales: Strategize and execute sales plans to drive both endemic (within the retail ecosystem) and non-endemic (outside the retail ecosystem) sales.
  • Working with Resellers: Collaborate with resellers to expand our market reach and enhance sales performance.
  • Building Strategy on Driving New Revenue Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams within Alshaya, leveraging our diverse portfolio of brands and services.
  • Managing Sales Strategy for Programmatic, In-Store Screens, Social, Owned Media: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across various channels, including programmatic advertising, in-store screens, social media, and owned media platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
