Role Profile:

• Design and deliver supply chain transformation: Design planning solutions, create operating models, and lead workshops and gap assessments
• Implement Blue Yonder software: Lead projects related to Blue Yonder software, including system implementation, testing, and configuration
• Work with clients: Work with clients and extended teams to deliver supply chain engagements

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

1. 4-5 years of experience in Retail Planning Domain.
2. Preferred hands-on experience on BY Allocation Planning.
3. Demonstrates good understanding of the product and its architecture
4. Must have experience in implementing minimum 2-3 projects for BY Allocation solution.
5. Good to have knowledge of understanding and developing Need Variables to suit the business needs.
6. Hands on experience in PLSQL, UNIX scripting
7. Experience in application configurations/enhancements/maintenance/implementation
8. Should be able to understand the customer requirement, design and develop those with highest quality following all defined standards.
9. Picks up new technologies and solutions with ease, solves complex technical problems and multitasks

Experience – 4-5 years of experience in Allocation planning
