Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in system analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the technical and functional aspects of Oracle Fusion Finance and expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12. The role involves working on various integrations, reports, customizations, and conversions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and understand business requirements to provide Oracle Fusion technical solutions for Finance modules.
  • Work on the development of technical components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions using Oracle Fusion tools.
  • Develop and manage Oracle Fusion OTBI and BIP reports.
  • Perform data migration and validation using FBDI for loading data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement OIC integrations for Oracle Fusion.
  • Develop custom interfaces, conversions, and customizations for Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including user setup, defining roles, responsibilities, and managing technical configurations.
  • Prepare and deliver technical design documents for customizations and integrations following best practices.
  • Ensure Oracle Fusion coding standards and best practices are followed throughout development cycles.
  • Support end users by troubleshooting issues and providing technical assistance during the post-implementation phase.
  • Engage in Oracle Fusion Finance module enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IT experience as a Technical Consultant, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Finance and Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
  • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion reporting tools like OTBI and BIP.
  • Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and FBDI tool for data migration. - Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO).
  • Experience in developing RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) for Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion system administration tasks such as role setup, defining responsibilities, and configurations.
  • Ability to design and deliver technical solutions using Oracle Fusion tools and technologies.
  • Strong skills in preparing technical documentation and adhering to Oracle's best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Oracle EBS R12 modules (PO, AP, AR, GL, SLA) and conversions from EBS to Fusion.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
