• 3-5 years of years to Cloud-based Infrastructure, Platform and middleware technology solution Implementation/build, Administration, Migration and Automation.

• Hands-on experience to Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, Containers, Kubernetes, DevOps Tools and methodologies) with extensive knowledge on Azure or both Public Cloud platform.

• Delivery experience in implementing or migrating a large Infrastructure/Oracle/Ecommerce/Enterprise workload to Public Cloud.

• Experience in Linux Administration and Scripting

• Experience in Infrastructure Code (Terraform)

• Knowledge in Networking, Load balancer, DNS, CDN, vNET, WAF, Patching and Backup Concepts.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies, various platforms, tools and products and their respective applications

• Awareness of industry trends and directions and its impact on IT services

• Experience of working in/with multi-vendor, partners, and stakeholders.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, the person will own the solution implementation, administration of workload in Public Cloud. This is an exciting technical support role in charge of building and administrating cloud infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Following business practice and architectural solution recommendation.

• Implementing a highly efficient solution on Public Cloud (Azure) with security, resilience, performance, availability in the context of business application and infrastructure.

• Good Understanding of application and the underlying layer of infrastructure connectivity and apply right methodologies around each for Cloud Transformation/Migration.

• Implement modern cloud Integration architecture, Assist team in automate CI/CD pipeline using Industry-standard tools (Ansible, Jenkins, SonarQube, Azure DevOps)

• Working knowledge of setting up RBAC policies, Tag, Log Analytics, OMS, Azure Update. 

• Experience with Azure Advisor, App Insights, and automation scripts for managing and controlling and monitoring resources.

• Installation of SSL and Certificate management with conceptual knowledge on Key store management.

• Working knowledge on vNet, Subnet, VLAN Creation/Segregation and Security Groups/NSG/ASG.

• Working knowledge of Security compliance checks and administrating policies.

• Working knowledge in Monitoring Tools.

• Work with Core Infrastructure, Application and other teams to understanding requirements and provisioning Cloud services.

• Support/Implementing Security Hardening of cloud infrastructure application/web server against known/unknown vulnerabilities.

• Ensuring Cost optimization, Alerts Monitoring and Reporting Tools (any one of enterprise solution Nagios/Dynatrace/NewRelic) including billing
