Financial Analyst - Kuwait

The Role:

As a Financial Analyst, you will advise and assist with the database management of vendors, planning, analysis, and reporting for the Central Procurement Division (CPD). You will also assist in the development and consolidation of pricings from vendors across multiple markets, in depth comparative analysis as well as monitoring the ongoing performance and business profitability against plans to enable direction or corrective action to optimize ongoing business performance.

Specifically, you will:

  • Model and provide previous, current, and forecasted financial information to assist and enable CPD and Support Function Management to review performance and build business plans
  • Maintain & review market/vendor database regularly for maintaining and gathering various information from available resources.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness and cost savings
  • Ensure timely and accurate production of standard and customized financial reports for the business.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have/be:

  • A University degree in either Business or Finance
  • A recognized professional finance or accountancy qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years' finance experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Power BI will be an asset
