Role Profile:

• PR&C – Development
• As Product Registration and Compliance - Specialist in the Development Team,  will be working with the internal PR&C Team for all IT related projects. We are mainly involved in handling New and existing IT project, enhancement and development of Applications, testing software systems, manage IT projects through all project lifecycle stages from concept to closeout.
• Development Specialists must be able to design action plans to increase productivity, manage IT project, and keep projects on schedule for completion

The below Key Performance Areas to include but are not limited to:

• As Development Specialist,  must be able to lead the team in order to keep the project goals coordinated and get projects completed.
• He/She must be able to communicate with the internal IT team, IT Business Partners and third-party vendor regarding IT projects plans and execution.
• Identify the requirements in order to kick start IT projects and identify key functions within the department for better solutions and system automation.
• To determine which IT projects are most essential to the department and divide workload based on project priority.
• To ask for frequent updates from the team members assigned to various projects and analyze these updates to identify potential problems that may keep projects from being completed on time.
• To create visual and written presentations regarding the status of the projects and present these presentations to Managers, supervisors and project team members.
• Assign various tasks to the project Team members and ensure that everyone involved within the project is working continuously and efficiently.
• Plan, develop and test software systems or applications for software enhancements
• Enhance technical expertise through new process identification to resolve issues.
• Handle database systems, workflow management systems, secure system environments
• Use current programming languages and technologies, write code and test and debug applications.
• Analyze project needs, program and modify software enhancements
• Technical Advice and quality control framework in relation to IT projects
• Implementation Support to the team 
• Training Internal team member on various IT solution products.
• Design and create training manuals and learning modules and materials
• New IT project development based on the GCC Market Requirements for Product Registration & Compliance.
• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure by backing up of data on regular basis and database administration.

Knowledge: 

• Bachelor’s degree/engineering in Computer Science
• ASP.Net, C# and other programming Languages
• MVC
• SQL Database
• Power BI   
• Data Analysis and Database Management
• Basic knowledge on GCC regulation and guidelines.
