-Understanding & implementation / evolution of program
Key POC for Learning Links registration & support, inclusive of commercial training courses and supporting the roll out and maintenance of programs
- Culinary Standards, Bakery, Worlds Chefs, MDM Project
Development & delivery of virtual / workshop trainings with keen interest into future modes of modes of training platforms and ensuring content is able to be adjusted and updated - TND's
Leading TTT courses to be efficient and encourage transfer of skills among employees
Liaise with network of brand trainers, managing calendar of content to ensure divisional trainings are identified and supported. Continually looking for ways to promote divisional awareness - Connecting Hospitality
Apply knowledge and experience of the business to formulate training or sequenced learning programs that develop skills relevant to role - Formulating training based on research and data
Knowledge:
Training content - design & delivery People Development HR
Experience:
2-4 years retail or similar environment. Training experience
Skills:
Self-motivated individual with insight into operations and knowledge of Microsoft 365.
