Role Summary 

Alshaya Media Connect (AMC) is seeking a technically driven Retail Media Technical Manager to support the development, implementation, and optimization of AMC’s retail media ecosystem. This role will act as a bridge between commercial, data, product, and technology teams to enable scalable retail media solutions across onsite, offsite, CRM, and in-store channels. 
 
This role will play a key part in managing campaign delivery across digital and social media platforms, supporting media planning initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring campaigns are executed effectively to meet client objectives.  

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital media platforms, campaign management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination within a fast-paced media or advertising environment. 

Your Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the planning, setup, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns across AMC channels, including onsite, offsite, social, email, and in-store media. 

  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations across media, social, and programmatic platforms to ensure campaigns launch accurately and deliver against KPIs. 

  • Work closely with clients, media agencies, and internal stakeholders to gather campaign requirements, timelines, assets, and reporting needs. 

  • Collaborate with media agencies and platform partners to ensure smooth campaign implementation and delivery. 

  • Assist in developing media plans, campaign recommendations, audience strategies, and performance forecasts aligned to client objectives. 

  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance, providing regular updates and optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Support reporting and post-campaign analysis by consolidating insights, identifying performance trends, and providing actionable recommendations. 

  • Work closely with data and analytics teams to support audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign measurement initiatives. 

  • Maintain strong working knowledge of key social media and programmatic advertising platforms and industry best practices. 

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, creative, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. 

  • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during campaign delivery to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction. 

  • Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiencies, and campaign management best practices across AMC.  

What we need for this role  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, engineering, data analytics, or a related field. 

  • 4-6 years of experience in ad tech, digital media operations, marketing technology, or platform solutions roles. 

  • Strong understanding of media ecosystems, programmatic advertising, audience activation, and first-party data strategies. 

  • Hands-on experience building media plans and strong knowledge of social platforms 

  • Experience managing campaign operations, troubleshooting delivery issues, and optimizing performance across multiple media channels. 

  • Familiarity with tracking methodologies, tagging, attribution, and campaign measurement frameworks. 

  • Comfortable working with large datasets, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics to derive actionable insights. 

  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
