Responsible for delivering all new brand prioritized content features assigned to the central team. Drive overall information architecture to fit to Primark. Advice on best practice online content guidelines and train brand teams as and if required. Will be able to manage numerous workload streams from internal, 3rd party and host brands to strict deadlines.

Take ownership for development of content features
Take full ownership of all site content & information architecture on Alshaya’s host brand websites and ensuring that we always deliver an excellent customer experience on all market sites.
Drive editorial content requirements of business teams and host brands across Alshaya and the eCommerce functions
Maintain and manage implementation of content on an on-going basis.
Manage business implementation of web content for various simultaneous projects whilst setting quality assurance standards and best practices.
Drive content template improvements for tactical landing pages and promotion pages in support of campaign activities.
Provide functional expertise & execute functional responsibilities.
Provide support on usability testing, information and product architecture and copy management throughout UAT.
Provide support of all areas of online content management including, promotions, web analytics, writing and editing for the web, digital trends, applications including social media platforms, content management systems, and image-editing software.
Responsible for working within budget and to strict timelines.
Ensure that content is managed across the site, in a timely, relevant, accurate and consistent manner all the time.
Create and evaluate web content/production trends and research new technologies, and tools to help the Company minimise expense and manage overall costs.
Lead by example
ensure adherence to all Company Department, and market policies, procedures and guidelines
Create policies and procedures specific to the department in order to increase efficiency and achieve operational objectives
Create and maintain excellent internal and external working relationships
Works with the Alshaya E-group team, external agencies and suppliers on development projects, managing the timelines and deliverables.
Liaise with other creative functions to ensure content standards and messaging on all
produced designs
Communicate brand standards to web content executives as required, and approves content usage to comply with Alshaya standards on all published materials
Knowledge:
Educated to degree level
Knowledge of best practice web content set up and delivery
Knowledge of CMS systems
