Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Paid Media Executive with 3-4 years of experience in media planning, buying and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital media strategies, and ad setup, and be proficient in analyzing campaign performance. Experience in consumer marketing is a must, as this role will play a key part in driving performance for our brand across various digital platforms.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
1. Media Planning & Buying:
- Develop and implement paid media strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams to align media campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
- Negotiate media buys and placements to optimize budget and maximize ROI.
2. Ad Campaign Management:
- Set up and manage campaigns across a range of platforms, ensuring they are running effectively and within budget.
- Adjust targeting, bids, and creatives as necessary to drive optimal results.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance to ensure KPIs are met.
3. Reporting & Optimization:
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports that provide insights and recommendations for improving performance.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and others.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to refine reporting processes and tools.
4. Consumer Marketing Expertise:
- Leverage experience in consumer marketing to drive relevant and engaging campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Understand audience behavior and trends to inform campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
5. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work cross-functionally with creative teams to develop ad copy and visuals that align with campaign objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on media plans and results.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in paid media, with hands-on experience in media planning, buying, and campaign management.
- Experience:
- Experience Level: 3-4 Years
- Ability to work closely with the media agency on a daily basis is a must.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta & Tiktok Ads, etc.).
- Experience in consumer marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to translate media results into business results through presenting these ideas on monthly results / strategy deck.
