Duties and Responsibilities

  • CRM Implementation and Maintenance:
    • Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
    • Configure and manage CRM settings, workflows, and automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Work with the data intelligence team to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Create reports and insights based on customer behavior, campaign performance, and key metrics.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Execute CRM campaigns across various channels to nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop personalized and targeted campaign content.
    • Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results.
  • Partnerships:
    • Support and create leads for relevant partners to the business.
    • Work with the team to create a partners ecosystem beneficial for the customers.
  • CRM Strategy:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall CRM strategy.
    • Identify opportunities for CRM system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Loyalty Program Management:
    • Support in managing the organization's loyalty program, including points accrual, redemption, and tier management.
    • Analyze loyalty program data to identify customer segments and tailor rewards accordingly.
    • Execute strategies to increase customer engagement and participation in the loyalty program.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation principles and tools.
  • A firm believer of the “Customer First” approach.
