The CRM Officer supports the execution of Starbucks CRM strategy across automation and tactical campaigns. The CRM Officer will sit within the Integrated Marketing function, reporting to the CRM Manager.    This role contributes to the planning, delivery, and optimization of CRM campaigns and workflows that enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The CRM Officer works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective use of CRM tools and data, and to deliver a seamless omni-channel customer experience.  This role:  - Supports the development, execution, and performance tracking of the Starbucks CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer engagement objectives.  - Oversees the end-to-end campaign execution process, including briefing, preparing functional specifications, and conducting quality assurance checks to ensure accurate and timely execution across all CRM channels.  - Assists in managing the CRM marketing budget to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and return on investment.  - Collaborates closely with the Starbucks marketing team to ensure CRM activities complement the broader marketing and loyalty strategy.  - Coordinates with the central Data team to enhance the visibility and effective use of customer data for Starbucks CRM initiatives.
