Role Profile:

Actively acting to ensure the success of the Brand in commitment with the Company objectives, vision and mission. Looking constantly to achieve the Company/Brand objectives.

 

 The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

- Communication: With Partners and their involvement in KidZania. Prepare monthly/quarterly statistical reports & Journals, regarding IPs establishments, visitors and activations as well as inform IPs of benefits of the partnership e.g. events, discounts, courtesies, etc.

- Creativity: Preparing presentations to acquire new IPs and inform existing IPs

- Development: Coordination of activations and joint partnerships with IPs, including promotions, events, new launches, etc.

- Transparency: Ensure that IPs image are executed properly based on the IPs corporate identity and brand guidelines, in the establishment as well as partnership activations

- Customer Experience: Ensure establishment is operating in perfect conditions (in terms of architecture, art, theme, cleanliness, product stock) and the dynamics are applied as per the IPs Contract

- Financial: Follow-up with Finance Team on issue of corresponding fees and align with IPs on collection. Involved with renewal of IPs and monthly/annual budget, forecast and implementation.

 

Knowledge:

Excellent communication skills / Self tempered / Business English writing skills

 

Experience:

At least 1-year experience preferably in Account Management and Advertising or sales background

 

Additional role requirements:

Driving license + Car + familiar with Kuwait Market

Bilingual Male/Female

Skills:

Contract negotiations, communication and presentation.
