Key Responsibilities:
• Toolkit Development: Designs and assembles comprehensive toolkits for customer connections, including guidelines, templates, and creative assets that can be used across various platforms and touchpoints.
• POS Material Creation: Develops in-store POS materials such as displays, signage, and promotional graphics, ensuring they are visually appealing and align with the brand’s marketing objectives.
• Social Media Content: Creates engaging and brand-consistent visual content for social media platforms, including graphics, images, and short videos. Ensures all social media content aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Brand Consistency: Maintains and updates brand guidelines to ensure all creative materials are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
• Collaboration: Works closely with the marketing team, creative team, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Concept Development: Develops creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate the brand’s message and engage the target audience.
• Production Management: Prepares design files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporates feedback from internal teams and stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.

Experience Needed:
• Graphic Design Expertise: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on toolkit development, POS materials, and social media content.
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or a master’s degree is a plus.
• Design Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing designs.
• Social Media Knowledge: Experience creating content for various social media platforms, understanding best practices and current trends.
• Creative Thinking: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate the brand’s message.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
