eCommerce is an exciting new support function within Alshaya as the business launches transactional websites for a number of the 75+ brands and 15+ countries within the Alshaya portfolio. The function is rapidly building Alshaya’s multi-channel capability to deliver customers’ choice and convenience when shopping in a number of rapidly growing online emerging markets. The function is split in to 4 key areas – Trading & Merchandising, Operations & Program Management, Design & Content and Digital Marketing.

Position Description:

Reporting directly to Automation manager, CRM Automation Executive will be responsible for planning, building, deploying and scheduling automated and transactional campaigns. CRM executive will be working on Exponea for customer behavior campaigns and ensure that there are no delays in campaign deployment. The successful candidate will have good understanding of customer journeys and will be an integral part of planning process. CRM Automation Executive will also be responsible for campaign reporting and A/B Tests, and as such should be familiar with analytics tools.

 

Job Responsibilities:

•           Develop and execute online multichannel CRM strategies, through deployment of email, SMS, push notifications and other channels marketing campaigns

•           Responsible for the design of online CRM journeys including welcome, activation, second-purchase, reactivation campaigns

•           Maintaining database and making sure that segments are up to date before deploying any campaign

•           Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on campaigns and potential issues/roadblock (if any)

•           Act as data steward and protect database as per GDPR

•           Asses current performance of campaigns and journeys and advice back on improvements, enhancements and optimization

•           Performing QA of campaigns before they are being deployed by colleagues

•           Work closely with Tech/Product team so that CRM tool has all the data feeds, API / SDK connectivity, attribution and analytics requirements in place

 

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:

•           Bachelors (Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business)

•           1-3 years (CRM experience)
