The CRM & Digital marketing team is a centralized function within Alshaya supporting the digital strategy definition and execution across all brands to deliver best in class customer engagement and return on investment. To adequately plan, measure and report on our digital campaign performance across social media, search and display advertising we are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Reporting Manager to join the team.
The Digital Marketing Reporting Manager will work alongside our digital marketing and customer insights team to ensure alignment and consistency across reports. The candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing reports on brand campaign performance as well as ensuring the correct tagging and tracking of our marketing activities. The manager will also oversee all analytics and attribution aspects of marketing activities. The Digital Marketing Reporting Manager will also be responsible for supporting media planning activities by developing benchmark reports and providing insights to support data-driven decision making and campaign optimisation.
We envisage that the right candidate is a true digital analytics expert with profound knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Doubleclick, Omniture etc. and ability to advocate best practices around analytics tagging and implementation. The Digital Marketing Reporting Manager is also expected to keep up to date with developments to continuously recommend tools and metrics required to effectively plan and measure campaigns across the online and offline space.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
-Support the digital marketing team with insights on performance across Social, Display, PPC, SEO, Affiliates and mobile
-Define reporting templates and support internal teams on preparation of regular reports
-Produce regular forecasts and continuously evaluate and optimize campaign performance
-Manage the implementation of analytics tags across all digital assets
-Monitor and improve data quality across marketing channels to ensure accuracy of reporting
-Support the assessment of customer life time value to provide suitable media buying recommendations
-Educate and upskill digital and brand marketing teams on analytics
-Drive the Digital Marketing team’s understanding of multi-channel attribution using a variety of data sources including web analytics, transactional, CRM etc.
-Define KPIs and test frameworks to support test & learn initiatives across the Digital Marketing team and deliver insights on results to help define next steps
-In-depth knowledge of analytics tools such as GA, Doubleclick and Omniture
-Good understanding of data modelling practices and techniques
-Thorough understanding of the technical setup required to efficiently monitor and report on digital campaigns
-Expert skills on delivering results for multiple stakeholders
-Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.
-5+ years analytics and reporting experience from operational as well as strategic roles – agency or client side
-Strong analytical and numerical skills and experience working with large volumes of data
-Experience implementing media tags – Tag Manager, Doubleclick, Adwords, Google conversion etc. would be valuable
-Highly organised and process driven with a self-motivated approach to work
-Collaborative in approach and confident influencing stakeholders across multiple functions
-Good presentation skills
-Fluency in English
