Accountable for achieving an aggressive and ambitious expansion plan. The Commercial Manager will be accountable for the mandate to take ownership of the overall strategic procurement plans for the Division and provide commercial guidance.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
- Commercially drive brand development, spot trends and develop new lines.
- Set and lead direction / strategy for purchasing.
- Accountable for delivering the best possible range of products at the best possible prices
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external Stakeholders.
- Develop and Implement a competitive pricing strategy working with the full marketing mix.
- Responsible for ensuring all of the customer’s needs are fulfilled.
- Coach, manage and develop the team.
- Provide timely management information
- Accountable for ensuring adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures and local market
Skills & Experience:
- Energetic, dynamic and charismatic;
- An excellent negotiator;
- Commercially astute and profit driven;
- An influential, proactive and strong leader;
- Comfortable managing complexity;
- Multi-markets operations experience required;
- International work experience is a plus
