You will supervise a department team to maximise sales and reduce stock loss through actively working on the shop floor, demonstrating and driving excellent customer service. You will ensure that all sales associates are highly motivated and developed, and deputise for the Department Manager during periods of absence.
You will have/be:
• At least 3 years' retail experience
• Commercially aware and business orientated
