The company is currently expanding its restaurant brand portfolio in the Middle East and is looking for a Business Manager for its new traditional Kuwaiti café concept, Amti Noura. In addition to being a successful restaurant business leader; a pre-requisite for the role is demonstrable strategic thinking and operational execution as well as significant evidence of successful brand development and restaurant opening. Ideally an Indian national with a track record of managing casual dining restaurant units in the GCC region, the successful candidate will be a confident communicator who is passionate about growing brands and delivering profit within a competitive environment.

The role:

*To be responsible for establishing and expanding the Amti Noura brand from Kuwait to the GCC;

*To be fully accountable for the P&L delivery and growth of the brand;

*To lead strategic brand development & business planning;To lead the brand’s operations team;

*To be responsible for timely delivery of new projects in new markets;

*To be responsible for delivering agreed KPIs – sales, bottom line, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction;

*To manage the brand’s location strategies; 

*To oversee brand, marketing and communication campaigns; 

*To provide team development and leadership;

*To share best practices and ensure that they are rolled out in all key performance areas of operations.

The requirements:

*Strong understanding of the GCC (ideally Kuwait) F&B market;

*15+ years of experience gained in the restaurant industry (including a minimum of half in senior management positions) with a strong systems, procedures and customer service background;

*Previous Kuwaiti cuisine experience highly preferred;

*Commercially savvy with an entrepreneurial business mind;

*Must be a strong communicator with the ability to comfortably communicate with executive stakeholders;

Seasoned professional with multi-site / multi-region experience as well as brand development and opening capabilities.
