Overview of the Role:
A Senior Business Analyst is expected to deliver IT solutions that meet business requirements. Successful criteria for the role as the following:
Domain knowledge in supply chain or finance or human resources or ecommerce or store or CRM or etc., focusing on retail industry; ability to work as a team to design, configure, build, test and deliver appropriate packaged software or custom developed solution; ability to define and implement process improvements; skills in documentation, quality assurance and time management.
Functional consultants with expertise on any of the following domains:
- CRM (Preference - Oracle CE, Oracle Responsys, Oracle Service Cloud),
- Oracle Retail Merchandising System
- Oracle Xstore,
- Oracle Store Inventory Management
- JDA: Retail Merchandize Planning/Demand Fulfillment
- IBM Sterling: Omnichannel Order Management
- JDA: Enterprise store operations
- Oracle HCM
- Oracle Financials
