Working as an IT Business Partner provides the opportunity for experienced IT project managers with at least 3 years' experience in a related field to work as internal consultants identifying new solutions and liaising with business leaders to shape ideas in to robust CRM, omni-channel or ecommerce solutions.

We are looking for individuals that can drive innovation in CRM, omni-channel solutions and ecommerce within a fast-paced and demanding environment. You will support project managers in the execution and delivery of solutions, evaluate and negotiate with various vendors and own the relationships with senior stakeholders within our diverse business.

With more than 75 brands operating over multiple countries this is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse CRM, omni-channel and ecommerce projects on an international scale. If you have the communication, influencing and team leadership skills to deliver results on a large scale then this role could see you at the forefront of change management for one of the region's leading retail franchise operators.
